આહીર સેતુ (Ahir Setu) આહીર સમાજ માટેનું ચકાસાયેલ ડિજિટલ ઘર છે. તમે અમને જે માહિતી આપો છો તે અમારા માટે વિશ્વાસની વાત છે. આ પાનું સાદી ભાષામાં સમજાવે છે કે અમે કઈ માહિતી લઈએ છીએ, શા માટે લઈએ છીએ, કોણ જોઈ શકે છે અને તમે તેના પર કેવી રીતે નિયંત્રણ રાખી શકો છો.
૧. અમે કોણ છીએ
આહીર સેતુ એક બિન-નફાકારક સામાજિક સંસ્થા (NGO) દ્વારા ચલાવવામાં આવે છે. સ્થાપકો: રોહિત ડાંગર, મહેશ ડાંગર અને નેહલબેન ડાંગર. આ નીતિ ahirsetu.com અને તેના પેટા-ડોમેન (જેમ કે test.ahirsetu.com) પર લાગુ પડે છે.

૨. અમે કઈ માહિતી લઈએ છીએ
- ઓળખની માહિતી: નામ, પિતાનું નામ, અટક, મૂળ ગામ / તાલુકો / જિલ્લો.
- સંપર્ક: મોબાઇલ નંબર અને ઈમેલ સરનામું (લોગિન માટે OTP મોકલવા).
- Google થી લોગિન કરો તો: તમારા Google એકાઉન્ટની મૂળભૂત પ્રોફાઇલ — નામ, ઈમેલ અને પ્રોફાઇલ ફોટો. અમે તમારો Google પાસવર્ડ ક્યારેય જોતા નથી, અને Gmail, Drive કે સંપર્કો જેવી બીજી કોઈ માહિતી માગતા નથી.
- પ્રોફાઇલ ફોટો.
- ચકાસણી માટેના દસ્તાવેજ: આધાર કાર્ડની નકલ અને જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર (અને તમે આપો તો બીજા દસ્તાવેજ).
- વૈકલ્પિક વિગતો: જે તમે ઇચ્છો તો ભરો — જન્મ તારીખ, લિંગ, બ્લડ ગ્રુપ, હાલનું સરનામું, વ્યવસાય, રક્તદાતા છો કે નહીં વગેરે.
- ટેકનિકલ માહિતી: લોગિન ચાલુ રાખવા માટે તમારા બ્રાઉઝરમાં સાચવેલ સત્ર (session), અને સુરક્ષા માટે સર્વરના સામાન્ય લોગ (જેમ કે IP સરનામું, ઉપકરણ પ્રકાર). અમે જાહેરાત માટેની કૂકીઝ કે ટ્રેકર વાપરતા નથી.
૩. શા માટે
- તમે ખરેખર આહીર સમાજના સભ્ય છો તેની ચકાસણી કરવા.
- સમાજની સભ્ય નિર્દેશિકા (ડિરેક્ટરી), આહીર સેતુ કાર્ડ અને સમાજની સેવાઓ ચલાવવા.
- તમારો સંપર્ક કરવા — લોગિન OTP, અરજીની સ્થિતિ અને સમાજની જરૂરી સૂચનાઓ માટે.
આ સિવાયના કોઈ હેતુ માટે અમે તમારી માહિતી વાપરતા નથી.
૪. આધાર કાર્ડ
- અમે આધાર નંબર ક્યારેય સાચવતા નથી — કોઈ ફોર્મમાં આધાર નંબર લખવાનો નથી.
- તમે અપલોડ કરેલી આધાર કાર્ડની નકલ સંસ્થાના ખાનગી (private) સ્ટોરેજમાં સુરક્ષિત રીતે રાખવામાં આવે છે, જે ફક્ત ચકાસણી કરનાર એડમિન જ જોઈ શકે છે.
- આધાર કાર્ડની નકલનો ઉપયોગ ફક્ત સભ્યપદની ચકાસણી માટે જ થાય છે. તે બીજા સભ્યોને ક્યારેય બતાવાતી નથી, અને ક્યારેય વેચાતી કે કોઈને આપવામાં આવતી નથી.
- તમે કહો ત્યારે તમારી આધાર કાર્ડની નકલ કાઢી નાખવામાં આવશે — [email protected] પર ઈમેલ કરો.
૫. કોણ શું જોઈ શકે
- દસ્તાવેજ (આધાર, જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર વગેરે) ફક્ત ચકાસણી કરનાર એડમિનને જ દેખાય છે — બીજા સભ્યો કે જાહેર જનતાને ક્યારેય નહીં.
- ડિરેક્ટરીમાં ચકાસાયેલ સભ્યોને તમારી મૂળભૂત પ્રોફાઇલ (નામ, અટક, ગામ, ફોટો જેવી વિગતો) દેખાઈ શકે છે.
- તમારું નિયંત્રણ: તમે પ્રોફાઇલમાંથી તમારો મોબાઇલ નંબર છુપાવી શકો છો, અને વૈકલ્પિક વિગતો ભરવી કે નહીં તે તમારી મરજી છે.
- અમે તમારી માહિતી ક્યારેય વેચતા નથી, ભાડે આપતા નથી કે જાહેરાત માટે વાપરતા નથી.
- કાયદા મુજબ જરૂરી હોય (જેમ કે સરકારી સત્તાધિકારીનો કાયદેસર આદેશ) ત્યારે જ માહિતી આપવી પડી શકે.
૬. માહિતી ક્યાં સચવાય છે
તમારી માહિતી વિશ્વસનીય ક્લાઉડ સેવાઓ પર સુરક્ષિત રીતે સચવાય છે: ડેટાબેઝ અને ફાઇલો Supabase પર (સર્વર મુંબઈ, ભારતમાં), વેબસાઇટ Cloudflare પર, લોગિન OTP ઈમેલ Resend દ્વારા, અને Google થી લોગિન Google દ્વારા. આ સેવાઓ ફક્ત અમારી સેવા ચલાવવા માટે માહિતી સંભાળે છે. જોડાણ HTTPS થી એન્ક્રિપ્ટેડ છે અને દસ્તાવેજ ખાનગી સ્ટોરેજમાં રહે છે. કોઈ પણ ઓનલાઇન સિસ્ટમ ૧૦૦% સુરક્ષિત હોવાની ખાતરી કોઈ આપી શકે નહીં, પણ અમે વાજબી કાળજી રાખીએ છીએ.
૭. કેટલો સમય
તમારું સભ્યપદ ચાલુ હોય ત્યાં સુધી અમે તમારી માહિતી રાખીએ છીએ. આધાર કાર્ડની નકલ ચકાસણી પછી પણ સંસ્થાના ખાનગી સ્ટોરેજમાં સુરક્ષિત રહે છે; તમે કહો ત્યારે તેને કાઢી નાખીએ છીએ. તમે એકાઉન્ટ કાઢી નાખવાનું કહો તો કાયદા મુજબ રાખવી જરૂરી હોય તે સિવાયની માહિતી કાઢી નાખીએ છીએ.
૮. સુધારો કે કાઢી નાખવું
તમારી માહિતી જોવા, સુધારવા કે કાઢી નાખવા માટે તમારા નોંધાયેલ મોબાઇલ નંબર / ઈમેલ સાથે [email protected] પર ઈમેલ કરો. ઘણી વિગતો તમે પોતે પ્રોફાઇલમાંથી પણ બદલી શકો છો. અમે સામાન્ય રીતે ૩૦ દિવસમાં જવાબ આપીએ છીએ.
૯. બાળકો
સભ્ય તરીકે નોંધણી ૧૮ વર્ષ કે તેથી વધુ ઉંમરના લોકો માટે છે. ૧૮ વર્ષથી નાના બાળકોની માહિતી (જેમ કે પરિવારની વિગતો) ફક્ત માતા-પિતા કે વાલી જ ઉમેરી શકે. જો તમને લાગે કે કોઈ બાળકની માહિતી ખોટી રીતે આવી છે, તો અમને જણાવો — અમે તે કાઢી નાખીશું.
૧૦. Google માહિતી
Google APIs થી મળેલી માહિતીનો ઉપયોગ Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use શરતો સહિત) મુજબ જ થાય છે. Google ની માહિતી ફક્ત તમને લોગિન કરાવવા અને તમારી પ્રોફાઇલ બનાવવા માટે વપરાય છે.
૧૧. ફેરફાર
આ નીતિમાં ફેરફાર થાય તો અમે આ પાનું અપડેટ કરીશું અને ઉપર "છેલ્લે સુધારેલ" તારીખ બદલીશું. મોટા ફેરફાર હોય તો સભ્યોને જાણ કરીશું.

Ahir Setu is a verified digital community home for the Ahir samaj. The information you give us is a matter of trust. This page explains in plain words what we collect, why, who can see it, and how you stay in control.
1. Who we are
Ahir Setu is run by a non-profit community organisation (NGO). Founders: Rohit Dangar, Mahesh Dangar and Nehalben Dangar. This policy applies to ahirsetu.com and its subdomains (such as test.ahirsetu.com).

2. What we collect
- Identity: name, father's name, surname, native village / taluka / district.
- Contact: mobile number and email address (used to send login codes).
- If you sign in with Google: your Google account's basic profile — name, email address and profile photo. We never see your Google password and we do not ask for anything else (no Gmail, Drive or contacts access).
- Profile photo.
- Verification documents: a copy of your Aadhaar card and caste certificate (and any other document you choose to give).
- Optional details you may add: date of birth, gender, blood group, current address, occupation, whether you are a blood donor, and similar.
- Technical data: a login session stored in your browser so you stay signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and device type) kept for security. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
3. Why we collect it
- To verify that you are a genuine member of the Ahir samaj.
- To run the community member directory, the Ahir Setu card and community services.
- To contact you — login codes, the status of your application and important community notices.
We do not use your information for any other purpose.
4. Aadhaar
- We never store your Aadhaar number — no form asks you to type it.
- The Aadhaar card copy you upload is kept securely in the organisation's private storage, which only verifying admins can open.
- The Aadhaar copy is used only to verify your membership. It is never shown to other members, and never sold or shared with anyone.
- Your Aadhaar copy is deleted whenever you ask — email [email protected].
5. Who can see what
- Documents (Aadhaar, caste certificate, etc.) are visible only to the admins who verify members — never to other members or the public.
- In the directory, verified members may see your basic profile (details such as name, surname, village and photo).
- You are in control: you can hide your mobile number from your profile, and filling in optional details is your choice.
- We never sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We may disclose information only where the law requires it (for example, a lawful order from a government authority).
6. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored securely with reputable cloud providers: the database and files on Supabase (servers in Mumbai, India), the website on Cloudflare, login code emails sent through Resend, and Google sign-in handled by Google. These providers process data only to run our service. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS and documents are kept in private storage. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable care.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your membership is active. Aadhaar copies stay in the organisation's private storage after verification; we delete them when you ask. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your information except anything we are required by law to keep.
8. Correction and deletion
To see, correct or delete your information, email [email protected] from, or mentioning, your registered mobile number / email. You can also change many details yourself in your profile. We normally reply within 30 days.
9. Children
Member registration is for people aged 18 and over. Information about children under 18 (for example, family details) may be added only by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child's information has been added wrongly, tell us and we will remove it.
10. Google user data
Ahir Setu's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to sign you in and set up your profile.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes we will inform members.
